General Overview
The Journal of Neurotechnology & Neuroelectronics (N&N) publishes the results of theoretical and experimental work on a wide range of studies of biological and artificial neural networks, mathematical and computational models of the brain, neuromorphic and neurohybrid systems, technologies for the creation and use of memristive devices, micro- and nanoelectronic technologies for recording neural activity , neurointerface technologies and human-machine interfaces, neuroprosthetics and rehabilitation technologies, exoskeleton systems, as well as the creation of biomorphic robots and robotic complexes.
Circulation: 4 issues per year (electronic form). Each issue includes 7-10 articles (150 pages).

Aims
N&N accepts for publication both original research articles and reviews of the state of the art in the above areas.
N&N is a fully electronic publication with the functionality of electronic submission of articles, peer review and publication. Issues of the journal with review articles are published in printed form.
N&N accepts and publishes articles in Russian and English.

All manuscripts published in N&N are completely open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share; the use, distribution and reproduction is permitted for any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Copyright in any manuscript published by N&N remains with the author(s). The authors grant N&N a cover letter to publish the manuscript and identify itself as the original publisher. The authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its integrity is maintained and its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.
